Martin Bond (Secretary)

James Leah (Assistant Secretary)

James joined the RCPGC office as Assistant Secretary in August 2009. James graduated in Sports Business Management and Golf Studies at the Buckinghamshire New University. He also has experience working in a top golf and country club in Florida, Frenchman's Creek. James is responsible for assisting with the day to day operations of the Club, in particular with golf, membership and social events.

Dennis Van Meir (Head Chef)

Alison Scott (House Manager)

A native of South East Kent, Alison has spent her career in the bar and catering industry where she is a natural success. Visitors will find her helpful and charming.

Andrew Reynolds (Professional)

Learned his profession at the Berkshire where he was Senior Assistant. One of the very best of Club Professionals, if not the best, Andrew is always welcoming no matter how busy the shop is.  An enthusiastic teacher who coaches at County and International levels he is always able to put members and visitors at their ease. Andrew is one of the few who can talk the talk and walk the walk having played with great distinction in the British Seniors, and in other professional events around the country. Talking of talk, Andrew is a master salesman, he has been here for 25 years and always has a story to tell.

Ian Barnard (Course Manager)

Born and bread in the area, Ian was a former assistant professional at Deal before turning his talents to green keeping and golf course management,  much to the advantage of the club. Ian has worked closely with course consultant Gordon Irvine to effect the much acclaimed transformation to the golf course, bringing fast links playing surfaces back to The Royal Cinque Ports.
